The purpose of a peer review is to provide outside verification that a CPA firm is in compliance with the stringent quality control standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The peer review was conducted by the firm of Bumgardner, Morrison & Company, LLP located in Victoria, Texas under procedures established by the AICPA.
